I have a love for cookbooks and read them like they are great novels. I was over zealous to find out many people "read" their cookbooks, too. I was aiming to clean out the pantry this week. I made oatmeal and baked loaf of pumpkin bread instead of going out for breakfast. My contribution of macaroni and cheese for Thanksgiving dinner costs me $4.50 to make. And I am thankful for Thanksgiving day leftovers. It will keep me covered through the weekend ...
