Imagine you could call up a friend and say, "Meet me at the bar and tell me what's going on with the economy." Now imagine that's actually a fun evening. That's what Planet Money is going for :) They produce a twice-weekly podcast and create radio stories for Morning Edition, All Things Considered and This American Life. We also write a blog.

"I love podcasts and audiobooks but I don't listen to a ton of financial ones. My day-job is in finance and so on my walk home from work I like to turn that part of my brain off and focus on other things. I find that Planet Money is perfect for that, the episodes are short and sweet and it's like an entertaining story with a money twist."
"They dig deep on topics and figure out how to explain them in a fun and easy way. I like how they also cover topics that are complex."
